Overview
OfficeServ Call links your personal computer with your telephone. It provides
a cost effective call management application for call logging, contacts,
scheduling, and telephone programming that is very easy to use. Manage your
calls from a computer screen and link to personal databases for storage of
contact names and personal call history. Increase your staff's efficiency and
productivity with pop up screens for incoming calls, on-screen dialing, and
feature activation such as call forwarding, speed dialing, conferencing, and
more. See who's on the phone before transferring a call to avoid unnecessary
voice mail messages. Keep track of your customer communications online and
eliminate the headaches of lost messages and multiple contact lists.

Scheduling Services
Schedule telephone calls or activate specific features such as Do Not
Disturb, Call Forward, Make Call and Station Lock based on time of day.
Call Logging
Call Log maintains a record of all incoming and outgoing calls. Click any
entry to return a call or call the same party again.
Many Call Center Applications Such As:
Supervisor - agent coaching. An agent can request help with a call. A
supervisor can then listen in on the call and provide help and scripting via the
instant messaging feature.
3rd Party Software Support
Several commonly available database programs have Windows TAPI support built
in. By installing OfficeServ Call, the screen pop and dialing functions of the
database are made available. Some of the more popular programs with this
functionality include MS Access, MS Outlook, and Goldmine.
