Overview
OfficeServ DataView is a live monitoring and reporting application for call
centers. It is also a comprehensive traffic reporting and analysis tool for
telephone system management. It monitors trunk, station, call center agents,
operator, voicemail, and auto attendant activity in real time. And it provides over 40
reports to track system activity. Each agent in your call center can see what's
going on with a wallboard type statistics screen that runs right on their PC.
