Overview
OfficeServ Link is a communications program that installs on a Windows
server. It allows multiple OfficeServ applications to communicate with Samsung
telephone systems.
OfficeServ EasySet is a web enabled application that allows you to customize
your telephone from any web browser. It gives end users a graphical interface to
setup their telephone. Administrators can make changes to any phone on the
system. No more feature codes or button programming codes to remember! Just
click a button and choose a feature from a drop down list.
This product is a combination of PC software and a license key that is
generated to match an ethernet MAC address in the telephone system. The software
is available freely for download or on CD-ROM. If you are adding this feature to
a telephone system that was not supplied by Telephone Central, we will not have
record of the MAC address. In this case, you will need to supply us with some
information including the MAC address from the main processor of the telephone
system. This is easy to do but may require shutting the system down temporarily.
The process of generating the license key with Samsung usually takes 2 or 3
business days. The key will then be sent to you via email.
