The SVMi-16E voicemail system is completely integrated with the Samsung iDCS 500 and OfficeServ 500 telephone systems. In fact, when installed it is actually a part of the telephone system. This integration provides features that make the SVMi much easier to use than other voice mail systems. It supports email integration for unified messaging so you can receive all your voice mail and fax messages in your email inbox. It offers 8 ports*, up to 10,000 mail boxes, and a full auto attendant.

Are you concerned about storage space? This version of the SVMi-16E uses a hard disk drive and offers 144 hours of storage.

Are you concerned about reliability? The SVMi-16E is also available with flash storage that uses the latest flash memory technology and therefore has no moving parts.
