Overview

The RCM2 Caller ID module does two things. It provides 14 Caller ID receivers that are used for incoming Caller ID from analog trunks. It also provides 16 Caller ID senders that are used for sending Caller ID to analog stations.

Requirements

for the iDCS 500 or OfficeServ 500:

• Any daughterboard slot available in one of the following:

  • MCP2 card (included in the iDCS 500 Main Cabinet)

  • SCP2 card (included in the iDCS 500 Expansion Kit)

  • LCP2 card (included in the iDCS 500 Expansion Cabinet)

• Maximum of three RCM2s per system

for the OfficeServ 7200:

• Main Control Processor (MCP) (included in the OfficeServ 7200 Main Cabinet Kit)

• Maximum of one RCM2 per system
