General Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at
the time of sale. You must notify Telephone Central within 14 days of the date
of your invoice if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or
damaged. Shipping dates are estimates only. It is our intent to ship orders as
soon as possible which is generally one to three business days after payment has
been received.
UPS Ground Ship Times

This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit
times.
Free Shipping Offer
Free UPS ground shipping is available for orders that are greater than $1000 with
a destination to the Continental United States (lower 48 states). This offer is
not available if the order includes items that must ship via motor freight or any carrier other than UPS.
Motor Freight
Items of exceptional weight or size must be shipped by custom carrier. Rates
will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination address. If items
requiring a custom carrier are included in your order, please call our sales
department for shipping rates and instructions on how to add shipping charges to
your order. You can also select "Custom Shipping" as the shipping method
and we will contact you with the custom rates and make arrangements for payment.
Shipping and Handling for
Cable
Telephone Central does not stock all of the cable offered for sale on this
website, we have the cable custom cut and drop shipped to you. When ordering
some kinds of cable, you will be charged a $50 handling fee to have the cable
custom cut and spooled. This "cut" charge can be waived when ordering a full
length reel of cable. If you order a full length reel please contact our sales
department to have the cut charge waived or credited.
Custom Products, Telephone
System Shipping Policy
Products that are assembled or custom configured by Telephone Central will be
shipped as soon as possible. Please allow one week from the time that your assembly
or configuration instructions have been received by us, for the products to be shipped.
Custom telephone systems may be shipped in multiple packages. We will attempt to ship
all packages associated with an order simultaneously.
Back Ordered Products
For items that are backordered more than three days, Telephone Central will notify
you via email that the shipment has been delayed and will provide an estimated ship
date via email.
Taxes
Unless you provide Telephone Central with a valid and correct tax exemption
certificate applicable to your purchase of product and the product ship-to location,
you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. You can send
the tax exemption certificate by fax to 989-777-9830, by email to
